I'm ultimately hoping to pass LAT/LON information to a MS Virtual Earth map on a mobile web page but for testing purposes I've stripped down the code to illustrate my issue.
Any ASP variable tags <%= %> do not fire the related server-side code and for the life of me I can't figure out why.
I've been staring at this WAAYYYY too long and can't figure out why the asp variables are not retrieving data from the code behind methods.
Thanks in advance,
sName = GetCurrentAccount().BillingName;
sName = GetCurrentAccount().Directions;
sName = GetCurrentAccount().ServiceAddress;

I think you need to declare the Functions(GetLatitude,Get....,... ) As Public instead of Protected , or you will not be able to call them from ASPX code.
Hope it helps

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
What's weird is that there's no error or anything like you'd expect if the code-behind method didn't have enough permissions. The code-behind method simply does not execute.
On your advice I did try changing the modifier to public but did not see any change.
Any advice on what would be keeping the ASP variable tags from executing would be very helpful, I'm going crazy here!

From your description, it seems that you want to bind the method in your aspx page, right?
If so , it think the right way should be
<%# Function() %>
