This is a little unusual, but I'm wondering if there is a tool available that is used to build code visually. For example, I drag an "if" condition onto the screen, then I can add some logic to it by dragging my available variables or choosing them from
a drop down. Very Fischer-Price is what I have in mind.
I think the whole thing is ill advised because the complexity of programming is in the concepts, not the syntax, but bear with me here -- has such a system been developed as a control or web project before?

Can you describe the purpose?

This is basically what you have with built-in code snippets (right-click, choose "insert snippets") and Intellisense. If you need something very Fisher-Price-y, use VB instead of C#.
