hello all ...
I am able to localize(Label, Button) a web page to the language which i want through the local or global resource, but there are some fundamental issues.
1. I only know english but i don't the language which i wanted to translate i.e. german. How can i translate english content to german so that i can put that in the server side label control(in global or local resource file) to show it when the languge was
2. How to translate the static content & is it possible to put that in an html tag or control in the resource file?

The answer to 1 is simple. Hire someone to do the translation for you, and who speaks, reads and writes both languages. Send them the text and they will translate it. There are many companies that provide specialist technical translation services and who
understand how to translate resource files for use in .NET applications.
As for 2, all of the static content will need to be generated from resources.

For translation to German you can use the following links:
Note that they are not 100% perfect! You would still need to verify the text by some one good in German
Refer this article for localization:
Hope this helps,

the label and its text.

Yes, you can put the entire text in the resource file.
