I uploaded all files of my Personal Starter kit website , but when I run it this error occur :
aslo my web hosting company have MS SQL server 2000 , please help me , my Web.Config file sql connection :

The . here means local. You will have to replace this with hostings database name and possibly replace \SQLExpress depending on their instance name

I think I've seen an MSKB article that talked about some machines having issues with the '.\SQLExpress' notation to refer to the instance... if you replace the '.' with the name of your actual workstation (or maybe even 'localhost'), does it work?

Try a string this so:
Data Source=DATABASE_SERVER_NAME;Initial Catalog=DATABASE_NAME;User Instance=False;Uid=USERNAME; Pwd=PASSWORD" />

but I have Personal.mdf file in the App_Data folder. I want to attach it with my MS SQL server database. can anyone give me a web.confg connection code for that please.

You cant just upload it and expect it to automatically attach. You need to go into your SQL Administration and attach it.
