I've 3 files in the App_GlobalResources folder. LocalizedText.resx, LocalizedText.fr.resx, LocalizedText.es-MX.resx.
But when I set language to French or spenish in the browser (IE), it only shows the english text. Does any one have clue?

You've set your ui culture to "es" but haven't provided a file for "es" - only "es-MX". I'm assuming that LocalizedText.resx contains english, correct?
One rule I always follow with globalization - if you're going to provide resources for a specific culture than also provide the neutral culture as well.
Also, you need to set uiCulture to "auto" for the browser settings to be used.

I don't know what's going on? But the same thing I asked in the forum is working when I created new web site. Anyway, I'll avoid the making improper combination of the uiCulture and resource file. Thanks for reply.
