Im developing a multi languages web application.
I'm using two main methods to handle int :
1. Resources files for lables, titlels, buttons and validation messages.
2. Each content page in the DB holds a "LanguageID field", that im using to query the right data.
There are alot of short static html texts throuout the application that i dont know how and where to handle then.
For example :
In many forms (signup, contact us..etc) there is an informative paragraph preceding the Form.
This texts are two long and complex for Resource file, and two short For DB (I dont wand to query the DB for every occurrence).
How should i handle this ?
Should i mange it in the DB and then load it to the Cache ?

I think your right, you have to Cache it.
