Can someone please tell me how I can get my hands on the HMC 4.0 ASMX files for web services? Do they even exist?

Alright so I've ripped apart the HMC 4.0 ISO and was able to find web services for the namespaces below. I'm not too familiar with how web services work in the .Net environment but I believe that ASP.Net uses the *.asmx file to generate a WSDL file. However,
I am currently running the old HMC 3.5 environment and I'm guessing I need the newer 2.0 .NET framework to generate the new WSDLs. To that extent, does anyone know how to generate a WSDL file from an .asmx file outside ASP.NET. I do have Visual Studio 2005.
For example, the HostedEmail2007 namesapce continas Service.asmx which contains
<%@ WebService Language="C#" Class="Microsoft.Provisioning.WebServices.HostedEmail2007.Service" %>
