I am a newbie so I don't know what to do.
I upload all the site files.
All pages that they don't need to read the database works (e.g login and register page)
All the other (e.g. default page, search page, etc) don't work and I get error.aspx message page.
What I must to do to connect my database with hosting server?

1. Change your config file to set customErrors to Off. This will display whats throwing the error.
2. Get the info on how to connect to the DB from your hosting provider, id recommend you connecting SQL server instead of a mdf file..

Its saying that it cant connect to the database...
Contact you hosting provider's helpdesk to get more info on how to create a database and what connection string to use. Once you do that...enter that connection string in the webconfig file..
Who is your host?

I'm with godaddy, so it may be a little different, but I did a walk through with one the others, and fundamentally, there all pretty much the same.
Take a look at my post and read it completely through.
At the moment it looks like the first, maybe only error you are having is with the connection strings in your web.config.
But start reading.
