Im a novice to the MSMQ..
But now i have to implement the MSMQ in one of my project, the scenario is i have to use MSMQ in Database Updation, a Notification system i.e. whenever a Message comes to the Queue i have to notify this to the clients uisng Pop ups that means i have to check
the Queue continuously
Lets say my Application and a Private Queue "MyQueue" resides in Server A
My database resides in another location say in Server B.
Lets say ia have a Registration form having two fileds lets say Name,Address and want to submit this to insert the data into a table Registration in the SQL Server 2005 Databse in the Server B, here i would like to use the MSMQ concept so that if anything
happens with the Database in Server B ,or is not available i want the data to be in the Queue and insert to database when it is available. So that i wont loose any data. Also i would like to listen to the MSMQ Queue continuosly for new messages as i need to
invoke automatic Pop Ups whenever new message arrives in the Queue.
friends anybody can you help or advise in this scenario.... as this is very urgent...
Thanks in Advance

MSMQ is a great way to get async data processing, as you've described. You have several options
1. Write the code to receive messages from the queues with the ReceiveCompleted event. This article does a great job introducing this -
2. Another option will be to use MSMQ Triggers, which this article goes into -
Once you get your object from the message, you can handle it however you need. Hooking into MSMQ is really easy with the System.Messaging objects ((mainly MessageQueue and Message).

Its describes the basics of MSMQ... and nice article..
Also i would like to have the MSMQ into an Enterprise level Distributed Applicatrion where alot of data transactions occurs..
Here i want to know how to implement the MSMQ for better communication in the distributed environment....
Can anyone provide the ideas about this.... this would be very helpful....
Thanks in advance...

MSMQ can improve the performance in a great way for distributed applications. we can develop a notification dll and place it in our application for sending message to queue and getting the acknowledgment,in this way we can improve the performance of our
client application.i have worked on this to improve the performance of our application. if you can tel me wat u really want i can help you out.
