I have a large number of 'fictitious' mailboxes in my domain (exampledomain.com), each of which represent a real email address in another domain belonging to a real person.
These representations (email address pairs) are stored in a table in SQL server.
I want to know how I can collect all of these emails sent to exampledomain.com and forward them to their correct address (viz.
Recommendations of hosting solutions that provide easy customization of this requirement are welcome.

Most of the hosting providers support email forwarding, but for your solution you should write some scripts to create the emails and the forward rules. If the emails are not so much you could do it manually, but this will not be very elegant solution.

Yes, I am looking for an automated solution -- manual update will not be possible. Do you know of any hosting arrangements where updating of email forwarding addresses are allowed by a batch script? Possibly using windows scheduler?

Not sure if any shared host will be having a solution for your need. You will need to code it yourself and map it from databases.

Moreover most shared hosting providers will also be skeptical if too many emails are being forwared through their servers by using of scripts. Their server IP or the total range of IPs could be banned other service providers like Yahoo, Hotmail etc. In other
words emails from this server might not be accepted on other servers.
How many emails are you trying to send through this database?
