I was able to get VS 2003 installed on my new laptop running XP 64 bit (which i hate, but that's a seperate story all together)
Everything went relatively smoothely, i thought until I tried to debug an Web App. It gives me a generic error "Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web server. Click Help for more information."
Is it even possible to debug using xp 64?

Most probably use are running 64-bit IIS with 64-bit framework. VS won't work with this combination. You need to make IIS application to use 32-bit framework instead :

Thank you for your reply. I've tried all those suggestions and still no luck. [:'(]
I'm wondering if there is something else I'm missing.

I found the issue (for me anyways)
I.E. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Make sure that Disable script debugging is not checked.
