i'm using Vista Business and i Just Install Visual Studio 2003
and when i want to Create any project i have this Error
" unable to create web project 'Myschool', the file path'D:\Myschool' does not corresepond to URL 'Http://LocalHost/MySchool'. The two need to map To the Same Server location HTTP error 404:not found "

Visual studio 2003 requires IIS. If you don't have IIS installed in your computer, you should install it or simply try to install Visuol studio 2005 because 2005 does not require IIS installed.

Visual Studio 2003 is not supported on Windows Vista. If you choose to run it then we advise you to do the following:
• Run Visual Studio with elevated administrator permissions
• Be a member of the "Administrators" group on the local machine
• Right-click the Visual Studio icon and select the "Run as administrator" option from the context menu
In addition, the IIS 7 by default doesn’t support creation or debugging of ASP.NET 1.1 applicatoin, please refer to the following link for workaround.
For your reference, we could encounter other known issues if we use Visual Studio.NET 2003 on Vista (list below). Hence, I recommend using VS.NET 2005 or 2008 instead on Vista.
