While logged into the Issue Tracker application, the user selects a project and then an issue within that project. Once the issue has been selected the user can then select the notifications tab and click on the 'Receive Notifications' button.But when
i do this im not able to receive the notifications.Can anyone tell wat's the exact problem is?

I have not personally worked much with the notification system, but do you have the SMTP service running on the web server that is hosting your installation of Issue Tracker?
