Title tells it all I think. But some kind of check list of what is needed, what options. Cost, free, commercial programs. How hard is installation. How many more viruses will the server get and so on.
What else I should know, a lot probably, but most important things.
Pages will be used for testing.

If your server already has IIS installed, all you need to do is install the .NET Framework. It is available for free from Microsoft. You can download the .NET 2.0 Framework here:
The installation is very simple. If your ASP.NET application was developed using a different version (1.1, 3.0, or 3.5) then you will need to install that version of the framework. You can have all versions running on the same server without concern.

Be sure to use different app pools and .net for the sites if they are using different versions of .net
