Hi Steve, I'm currently using ASP.NET and I'm having problems with browser compatibility. It's funny the following happens:
1. the bottom border of the page is at the top of the page when viewed in firefox, but is perfect in IE
2. the text boxs are easily selectable in IE, but not firefox
Do you think I can benefit and/or correct these incompatibilities if I fix errors that W3 points out?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated it.

Are you having trouble with this site or are you asking for general help in creating a cross browser compatible site?

Hi, I'm having trouble with my ASP.NET website. I modified a starter package (the business classic one with the blue template). I noticed differences between the firefox and IE browser for the site. A friend told me to make it XHTML transitional by using
the http://validator.w3.org/ to pinpoint the errors. Apparently upon correcting them I can get it to be transitional and firefox and IE will read it the same??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
