Is it "Execute Exchange Provider::MailEnableContact" node from MPF TraceView?
This node doesn't show how MailEnableContact was actually called (what was passed as parameters). Next node in the trace, "Entering Exchange Provider::MailEnableContact", is more usefully.
When you will post it, please make sure that it is readable ;-)

You are calling MailEnableContact incorrectly. In your case, it must be something like:
<execute namespace="Exchange Provider" procedure="MailEnableContact" impersonate="1">
See MPS SDK for details.

Problem solved last week.
When making update to the MPS server using the MPS Deployment tool, the MPFServiceAccts or MPSServiceAccts account was no more in the Delegate Control box.
So every MailEnablexxx operation, using the Exchange Provider was in error.
The procedure is well-done used, as indicated inth HMC SDK documentation (FP1 updated).
so, thanks to... MCS.
