I made a virtual directory under an existing asp.net 2.0 application. Its just a "test" site, and has its own application (virtual directory wise). How can I get it not to pull from the parent
web.config? As you can see here:
http://www.packitnow.com/testsite/ it looking for a theme that doesn't exist in the application called "testsite".

You Can use <location> in web.config to stop that.
<location path="." inheritInChildApplications="false">

it doesn't look like its working. It still trying to pull from the parent site. I tried that code that you suggested, I get a warning:
The 'inheritInChildApplications' attribute is not declared. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong or signs I should be looking for?

I fixed it. I was placing the code in the virtual directories web.config instead of the parent's web.config. All is working now.
Thanks for your help and patience.
