While using URL Rewriting to try and preserve a "fake" virtual directory in a UIP Block application, i am running into problems. The UIP block requires me to hard code the relative
path for each view that i navigate to within the UIP framework. When the UIP process begins, the URL is essentially stripped down to the relative path that is listed in the Web.Config file (under uipConfiguration -> views).

3. I successfully make it to the requested page where we build the user information and prepare to start the UIP Block process by calling the UIPManager.StartNavigationTask("JHA.NetTeller.NetTellerWebApp");
method. By calling this method, we are starting the NavGraph and with the navGraph, our start page is "nextFile.aspx" which lives in the root folder of the app.
