I have a png file thats layered, and I want to change the background colour of the file to whatever the user chooses and then let them save the file?
I know you can create basic bmp's as I have seen a tuorial using the system.drawing namespace... Anyone done anything similar before? I'm using .NET 2.0 VB

I don't think its possible using APIs in .Net. These APIs will not recognize layers and operate on them in the PNG. You could use a third party library to do that.
