I am currently working on a multilingual website, where changing languages changes the UICulture of the running page.
However, I am also using a component that emails me any exceptions that occur on the website. Is there a way to force Exceptions to always be thrown with English messages?

The exception does not go with the UI language setting automatically.
For this issue, I suggest you put the exception messages in resource files. At runtime, you use the ResourceManager to get resource directly from the resource file. so that the message in the email will vary according to the language settings.
Hope this helps.

Can you explain how, exactly, this will effect the messages thrown by the runtime? I am not talking about my own exceptions, I always write them in english, but ones thrown by the framework are all coming through in German (the UICulture language).
Please explain in details.
