In a high load asp.net environment, I am getting an error.
The transation active in this session has been committed or aborted by another session.
Here is the code , I am getting error.
object returnObject = null;
SqlTransaction sqlTrans = null;
//Getting new SqlConnection
comm.Connection = GetConnection();
sqlTrans = comm.Connection.BeginTransaction( IsolationLevel.ReadCommitted );
//setting transaction to SqlCommand object
comm.Transaction = sqlTrans;
returnObject = comm.ExecuteScalar();
//trying to commit.
catch (SqlException sex)
if (sqlTrans != null)
sql server error 3926
server failed to resume transaction

Thanks for the reply, but as far as I understood , Thona just submitted the situation , not a solution and the 3rd reply belongs to me :)
What could I possibly do ? Submit a bug to Microsoft ?

I am also having this problem. the website is fine and then all of a sudden the whole thing stops working when 2 power users are on it. I get this error first. I have to restart the app pool for the thing to come back up. Any thoughts?

Were you guys ever find the culprit to this .net issue? I'm having this trouble also and seemed impossible to reproduce the error.
