Am localizing a VS2005 web app (vb.net), and have used the "Tools | Generate Local Resources" to generate my resx resource files.
First off when i build the solution, i get a warning saying "Double click here to enable strongly-typed resources for this file".... so i do but then i get "!" next to all my resource identifiers saying "The resource name '(resourcename.property)' is not
a valid identifier".
If i run the app the resources are loaded and used properly, so why am i getting this error, and should i worry about it?

This was a documented bug in VS 2005 and in the latest release they have fixed it.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for that. Am still learning asp.net, so wasn't sure whether i was doing something wrong, but you've cleared that up for me.
