Accidentally I turn on the firewall and did not make RDC as exception. As a result, I cannot do RDC to the server and the box hosted out of town. Is there any way for me to turn off the firewall remotely or any other method as long as I can access back
the server. Thanks in advance.

I am sorry that this answer below is not going to be able to solve your problem but here is the thing for future but its risky..
Some firewall allow for remote logging through port 80 and this has to be turned on for you to get access to it. However this means people can try to login through the same port.
Sorry this isnt much help, but other then hacking your server, there is no way unless you have enabled the above for which you will also need the URL and credentials.

I feel for ya! I did that on my dedicated server at Go Daddy. As a result of that, no one could e-mail or see any of my sites until about 1 am my time (about 16 hours of downtime). They have to physically get on the machine and turned it off. No other
way I know unless Plesk can help.
