what does the following line of code with a delegate/method name along with (Of T) means (bold section) ?

I am not too positive as I don't know VB at all but it looks like it is a generic or template function. Meaning the 'type' is defined when the object is created. So 'T' might be substituted for an int or a string depending on how the programmer wants to
implement the generic.
