I´m just trying to get a simple .aspx page to display turkish characters.
On the same server it worked fine in a .asp file:
<% @CODEPAGE = 1254 %>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-9" />
But when I use a .aspx file nothing seems to work. The 'Ş' is always displayed as a '?'
What do I have to do to make it work?
Sorry for my bad english by the way. :)

Instead of ISO-8859-9, declare UTF-8: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />

Possible solution to this problem is proper configuration of encoding settings of your browser.
For example in internet explorer View -> Encoding -> Unicode (UTF-8)

Well, it works fine with utf-8 as charset and skript file also saved as utf-8.
But only when I have the turkish words in my source code. Might be a mySQL problem.
