Hi to All,
I have got a project developed in .Net 2.0 framework. My machine has .Net 1.0 framework installed on it. To view and run the above mentioned project i have to upgrade my machine to .Net framework 2.0.
Now, i want to know that will it be possible for me to run and view my older projects developed in .Net framework 1.0 after upgrading my machine to .Net framework 2.0 or will it give some compatibility error while opening old projects developed in .Net 1.0
Anybody can help me please...

In IIS you can choose which .net version to use on a per-web basis. If you right-click on a web site in IIS and choose properties. Then you click on the ASP.net tab. There you'll find a combobox where you can choose among the installed framework versions.

When you install .net framework 2.0, your .net 1.0 projects will continue to run fine, however to run projects with .net 2.0, you will have to manually go and select .net 2.0 from the dropdown.
However this is slightly different in Windows 2000 as there you need to individually do all settings.
