Just look and NOT work. I tried serval times. It can't be compiled.
Did you install the .vsi, opened Visual Studio 2005 or Visual Web Developer, created a new web site based on the Personal Starter Kit template and then ran it? If not, do it like that. Also make sure that you have SQL server express or SQL Server 2005 installed
in order to get it to work.

It is only a sample. There are C# and VB version of Personal Web Site Starter Kit as well.
