I have a web application that is built and deployed without satellite assemblies. Then I use visual studio to create satellite assemblies for my resources and place them in the <deploy folder>/bin/<language> directory. But the application is not loading
them when the user selects a supported language.
Any help on why this is occurring would be appreciated.

What is the error message you are getting, if any? Also, how are you changing the culture?

We are not getting an error message, it's just not utilizing the resources dll for the web application. We have set the culture property for all the pages to 'auto' and in web.config as well. I think the problem may be related to the fact that in development
we build the app with the non-default languages in the resources folders, but with the release version the resx files for non-default languages are not there. We just place the resource.dll in the appropriate folder in bin.
But I really am not sure.
