I'm getting a compilation error with my manage page...below is the error and code.

Your class name and Inherits values are different. I imagine you will need to change the Inherits to "Admin_Manage".

I ended up doing the whole guide over again...figure its probably good for practice and learning anyway. It worked this time through so I'm doing good so far. It will just be interesting to see how things go when I try and go live.
