We have a company in production for whom we are trying to create additional users via MPS backend using provtest x2/ createbusinessuser.xml. The script fails and gives the error message-
"Unable to open object 'LDAP://...." There is no such object on the server.
The problem occurs only for this company. I know the script is right and I have tried to see the HECusotmerDB to see how the company is set up. Could someone please pin point & help me locate the error.
This is a little urgent, any help will be appreciated.

Can you post the traceview output for this request?

I generated the traceview for the request and saved it as .txt file but it looks difficult to comprehend. How would you like me to send it? I could send that as an attachment, if thats ok.

Hosted Exchange::CreateBusinessUser applies only to HMC 3.0 and 3.5, as per SDK. So I guess it will not work in HMC 4.0

We had similar issues and it was to do with the replication of the domain controller check with adsiedit the ou is valid then in the customers SQL table look for the customer name get the customer id check this matches the GUID of the customer OU you can
check what users are still on the provisioning by doing a query on parent id in the customer table this will show all users for the customer
