Have you set up the redirection of the asp site with IIS? If you do, is the error page with extension of .htm, .asp, .aspx or .html? Right now i am having problem with the error page.
The error page is called 404.aspx in the folder of ServerErrors under root directory. I add lines of code in web.cong file as:
<!-- custom the error page -->
<error statusCode="404" redirect="~/ServerErrors/404.aspx" />
I also set up the page redirection in IIS customError and set the 404 error redirect URL as /MyWeb/ServerErrors/404.aspx as MyWeb is my virtual directory.
when i type the url as: http://localhost/MyWeb/Default.a
I have some problems with the error page (404.aspx), and the problem is the layout of the error page is mess up. (I used master page).
However, there is no problem when i build and test the asp site with vs2005.
I just don't know where i am missing to set this up correctly. Anyone got ideas about this? Thanks

There are not too many styles. very simple error page. that''s it. And the page's appearance just like it looses the reference to CSS.
