Absolutely, but it requires editing the site code. The classifieds site uses a <repeater> control for the navigation tab. Why a repeater control versus a menu control is beyond my understanding. There are several ways you can do this. All require some knowledge
of asp.net 2.0 controls and editing html. One route would be to insert a asp.net 2.0 <menu> control and edit its setting through CSS attributes or through visual web developer . Another way would be to incorporate the CSSFriendly Adapters into the classifieds
site. This is the aproach I chose. The CssFriendly Adapters are free for download from here or Codeplex. Here is an unfinished classifieds site I'm working on. In the picture you can see a hover effect after scrolling tabs.
