What is the most easy way to implement several languages in a website? For example, I want to have a combobox i a corner of my masterpage with this elements: spanish, english, german. The user can change these items and all the text of my website may show
in the new specificated language.
Can you help me?, please.

after that have a look at this article.

Many people have pointed you to the different articles so I am not going to repeat that however just to let you know that you have to make use of cultural settings in your application. You can have various cultural settins applied to different sections.
An automatic resource file will further help things as, the resource file can lookup and provide requested language feature.
