How does one setup localization with text regions that need to be formatted? ie: having paragraphs, line breaks and whatever else? Or is the resource functions in VS only for handling text labels and basic things on the form?
Also, what method is used to deal with grid headings that are used on the forms?

You can put HTML formatted text in resource files, for e.g.: My Sample text <br> <p>This inlcudes line breaks and HTML formatting</p>.
What problems are you facing with grid headings? They are dealt just like any other localized text.
Hope this helps,

Is there anything special to do this? Like does it all have to be on a single line or something? I tried this and when I go back to view things, despite the XML file having the info in it, the single line field in the visual editor is blank and when I
run the application the page field ends up being blank as well.
As far as the grid is concerned I'm playing around with it right now. Was just thinking about it being a problem but hopefully it won't be.

There is nothing special which you need, just enter the HTML formatted text in the resource file. For eg:
Test Website<br> for Localization<font face="arial"> Behavior</font>
Put the formatted text in the "Value" column of the .RESX file (after you have opened the resx file in VS for editing).
