I am trying to create a website in Kurdish but ran into a brick wall when I couldnt find the culture info for Kurdish.
.NET states that it supports RFC 1766(which does not have Kurdish) but ISO 639 and ISO 639-2 both have it.
How can i get around my problem and get .NET (ASP.NET) so that i can actually use Kurdish culture info, any information would be helpful
Basically I believe i am going to need to create a brand new culture but not sure exactly where to start, so any info would be helpful,

Also his presentation
You certainly can create a bespoke culture - Guy describes the process.
