  but it is still the old one, using asp.net1.1. 

  Is there a new version using .net2.0?

  there is no version 2.

   

  Install version 1.1 and upgrade it with visual web developer or visual studio.

  there is no oficial .NET 2.0 version

  I have migrated the portal kit to .NET 2.0 and hopefully to .NET 3.5
