I am starter in .Net trying to migrate a VS 2003 web application project to VS 2005. The necessary steps provided for migration are followed. After conversion the following are the observations. Please clarify on these.
a) Viewing the converted solution in the solution explorer windown showed that the folder containing the .csproj file was not included. Then this was added manually. Is this a right way to do it.
b) Among of the .xsd files present in the project, only one of the .xsd files generated two files designer.cs and a normal .cs file with duplicate class and method names. What would be the reason for this. After commenting out the duplicate class and method
names, the project could be compiled successfully. Is this a correct procedure.
c) After compilation when trying to debug from the VS 2005 Dev. environment, the application raises a error - System.StackOverflowException' occurred in System.Web.dll. Any clues on this.
Thanks in advance for the help.
