The below code works fine in IE, but dosen't work for mozilla.How to make it work for mozilla. This filter effect is used for a div.

forget it.... really.
You're best bet will be to use a gradient image for a background. I've done the same thing and it's been nothing but a headache.

Actually I m not using any image with my menu. I m only playing with colors.
Can u give me any alternative of filter as a CSS.

I m giving u a code snippet where I m using menu. Now the problem is when I remove 'position:absolute' from div tag then menu display on the top image, but i don't like that. I want to display my menu below image(School logo). After adding 'position:absolute'
in div tag first level menu display well but second level menu(submenu) not display because it contains more items. How I get rid of from this problem that submenu also display.
