When I tried to run a web applcation using IIS 5.0 I got the following error:
Parser Error:Could not load type Projname.Global.
I could not create a new web application in VS.NET 2003 but I can open and execute existing web applications.
When I tried to create new web application in asp.net: I got the following error:Visual Studio cannot create or open the application. The likeliest problem is that required components are not installed on the local web server. But I have installed all
I tried aspnet_regiis -i ,delete VSWebCache but there is no change. How should I do?

Do you have Dot Net Framework 2.0 / Visual Studio 2005 installed? If so, it is quite possible that your sites are set to use the 2.0 Framework instead of the 1.x Framework. To fix this, open your IIS Manager on your local box. Right Click on the default
web site and choose "properties." look for a tab named "ASP.NET" and see what version it is set to. If it is not the 1.x Framework, then change it, apply and then click OK.
Important question...is this a local or remote server you are developing against? Using File Access or Front Page Server extensions to connect to the server?
Otherwise, check the stack trace.
