Hi lets start by saying I have used the job site starter kit as a basis for my site.
I have a grid view which displays basic job posting info which has been added / edited by one person who is in a role. When the user "ravi"clicks on the select link, it displays more information in a new page.
I can get it to work fine whereby anyone not registered can view listings without the select option available. However the only user that I can get to view the postings is the person who created them ie the user ravi. I dont want any other users to be able
to create jobs which is fine. However at the moment the only way I can get the page which lists all the jobs with the select option available is If I login as Ravi (who's login I have used to create some jobs).
I have traced the problem to some code see below
I have figured out that this piece of code checks the user then only displays the data they have added. As I dont want any other user to add job postings, this currently means the page always shows blank content. Is there anyway I can edit the code so that
it will always only ever show listings from one user.
I would really appreciate some help, with this one.

I am Suresh from India.We had a problem while using job site starter kit.It is not taking the Login.Please visit www.cadcamhr.com. & try to Signin.It shows "unexpected error".can you please help out.
