I've been trying to install the Small Business Starter Kit. It fails every time I try to install it and it gives me an error message "Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture". Realizing that .vsi files are
zip files, I tried to rename it to .zip. It refuses to open as a zip file too. It says the Compressed folder is corrupted or invalid.
Is there a problem with the file on the site ?

I dont think there is anything wrong with the vsi file here :http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/eula.aspx?id=B77DC3F9-152F-4dbc-AF99-BB4A347710A0
once you finish thru the installation process goto Visutal Studio>new Website>Small Business Starter Kit(under template)
Renaming the vsi to zip is a bad idea.I believe vsi is just a Visual Studio Installer which installs zip files.

Nope. I believe you are wrong. A vsi is a zip file. see the following
No matter what I do, I am getting the following error.

I have downloaded the file twice. Once from within visual web developer and also direct from the site as an exe file. Had no problems in unpacking either way
