I have an ASP.NET web application project 2003, and I have to convert it to 2005, and I need to ensure some issues from u:
1- Can I install 2005, with the IIS removed, means I can have an apache server with the .NET on the same computer?
2- Can I keep on my Data Base - which is built using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - or I have to build it again using SQL server 2005?
3- What I am going to do now is to uninstall 2003 and install 2005, and use the migration wizard, but if I faced problem, Is there an expert who r welling to help me?

1) VS2005 does not require IIS. It comes with a built in web server (Casinni) to run your apps locally for development purposes.
2) You can continue to use SQL 2000 or whatever database you desire.
3) This forum has many people ready and willing to help.

I have removed vs003, and installed vs2005, and I could operate my project - with some pages need fixing - but when I removed the IIS, I got an error message, but it could not be attached here, plz either give me an email to send the error message, or teach
me how to insert it here.

If you have added your web project to your solution by using an IIS web, then you would need to remove the project and re-add it using a file based web option which is new to vs2005.
You should add the web to your solution by
choose the website from your File Sytem and not from Local IIS.
