My users don't seem to be receiving Non Delivery Reports!
Anyone know what the issue may be, and where this is set in HMC 3.5?

Check if non-delivery reports are enabled in your Exchange organization:

The status is set to Allow.
I've now discovered that only one organization in HMC 3.5 is experiencing this lack of NDRs!

Is the org a recently provisioning org? Is their domain name definitely in the domains.dat file (presuming you are using the SMTPDomX event sink)?
I'd also look in the SMTP or Tracking logs to see if the mails are making it out of your environment or being NDR'd by your own SMTP servers.

The org has been provsioned for 4 months now. i've only just realized it's not receiving NDRs. It's listed in the domains.dat file. After further testing, I was wrong, all orgs aren't receiving NDRs!
When looking at the logs, I see no existence of NDRs ever being created let alone sent.
However when I set the 'Default SMTP Virtual Server' protocol to 'send a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org' I receive an NDR for all messaging errors.
This is making less sense to me now, confused as hell!!
