I've recently made some changes to gracefully Respond a message from the HttpHandler, .ashx, to the client when a HttpException occurs.
i.e. if the HttpContext.Error is not null then send a response back to the user with some message.
But is this necessary.
I came across some problems while internal users were testing, I think the reason was that all of the HttpExceptions should not be caught. I had a look at the IIS log and there were Http 400, Http 403 and a couple of Http 500s.
Which ones should I deal with in my HttpHandler?
