I have created domain.org first. Then add domain.org.my as additional smtp address.
Then I deleted domain.org organization from MPS.
Then create domain.org.my and enable exchange hosting.
Now I check domain.dat still got domain.org and domain.org.my is not inside.
Is it safe to edit the domain.dat file directly to update? what went wrong with the
HeSmtpEventSinkDatGenerator job. How can i check.

It could happen that some how the SQL job fails from the provisioning engine to regenerate the file. It gives an authentication error and this error is loged in the Event Log.
SQL Server Scheduled Job 'HeSmtpEventSinkDatGenerator' (0x4B0194956A89034E8154F653B284A329) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2006-08-15 09:30:00 - Message: The job failed. The owner () of job HeSmtpEventSinkDatGenerator does not have server access.

Add job owner (SMTPDomainSvc) to SQL Server logins in Enterprise Manager.
