1) i have many accounts with this hosting companyn (for years now) and they offer really good support & hosting
2) only once i had billing problem with them. i reported it and they corrected it within 2-3 hour
3) go to their web site and use LIVE HELP - to check what is the status of your request or even better login to your control panel and submit ticket to billing department

if for some reason they did not refund your money after 10 days call them (Tel: 888.306.3780) , ask why, what is going on ?
I don't think you will solve this problem here...

Although I normally do not recommend this and it should be used as a last resort, it appears that a chargeback might be necessary in your case.
I would give them until Tuesday (3 business days) and call your bank to see if the refund was posted, if it wasn't, go ahead and initiate the chargeback procedure. It appears that you have waited patiently enough and this company had more than enough time
to process your refund. Whatever the reason they have for not being able to process it, it is their fault now since it's been almost three weeks.
Again, give them the common courtesy to wait until Tuesday and then process the chargeback, that's my .02.
