I am developing a intranet web site. I need to hide or change the IP adress of the server (i.e.
http://10.10.10.10/Default.aspx) to something like
http://MyServer/Default.aspx. Is it possible in application level or I need to do something on IIS? How to do it?

You do not have to do any thing. if your your machine name is "YourServer" then IIS application running on it can be accessed using Url :

Do you want user only able to access your website using following URL:
but don't allow using following,
If so, you can do it with virtual server feature of IIS. This the second URL can point to a different place. However you can't hide your server's IP address at all , user can simplely ping or use DNS recored to find the ip addres, he/she are not able to
access your server through both URL without knowing the IP address.
