I have HMC 3.5 setup created using the deployment tool. Now, I want to install the MPF Queue Manager service on the MPS engine server. Deployment tool doesn't provide any way to do so. The MPF databases are hosted on a different server than the MPS engine
server. If I attempt to add the queue manager service through add/remove programs modify option, the installation fails while starting the Queue Manager service. Investigating further, I found that, its putting the dependency for mssqlservice in MPFQueueManager
service. Essentially its expecting SQL service to be running on the same machine as the MPF engine server. I noticed that there is a command line option called BATCH_IS_DEPENDENT_ON_SQL=no which will allow to address this issue. However when I attempt to pass
this option in the command line for modifying MPF configuration, its ignoring it. If I use this option during fresh install (not modify existing configuration), its working fine.
Question: I need to know the command line that I can use for modifying an existing MPF configuration to add MPF queue manager service in the scenario where SQL service is running on a different server than MPF Engine server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It seems, that it is impossible to install MPS Queue Manager on MPS01 (default provisioning server in HMC). You can use MPSSQL01 as a host for this component, because it doesn't really matter where manager service runs.
Possibly, Microsoft PSS could help you with MPS Queue Manager setup on MPS01.
