i have a problem regarding creating multi-language in my website....
i am using asp.net 1.1, Visual Studio 2003, and i wanna create a website which support multi-language....
my existence website is using english version, and now i wanna add chinese version for my website....
I found a example in VS.Net 2005 which use the resource file to control the language.......but unfortunately there is no example in VS.Net 2003...
