NATURE AND SCOPE
Sr. Developers are responsible for development of custom software solutions based on .NET technologies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include developing cutting edge solutions to solve a variety of unique challenges for AIS clients.
Sr. Developers should be extremely productive, using their past experiences to quickly resolve problems and establish solutions
to help ensure on-time deliverables.
Works closely with the Lead Developer in ensuring deliverables are met.
Sr. Developers communicate directly with the client to gather and document requirements. Sr. Developers serve in key roles in any
development team they are assigned to, but also are expert at working independently with little or no supervision.
Sr. Developers have excellent coding practices and produce clean code that includes internal documentation and is designed in a
logical and efficient manner.
REQUIRED TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience as software developer
3+ years experience with .NET development
2+ years experience as a Sr. Developer
SQL Server (Stored Procedures, TSQL, etc…)
Excellent communication skills
Organized, motivated, prompt,
Requirements gathering and documentation skills
String skills with Microsoft applications (MS Office, MS project, VSS, etc.)
Experience writing Use cases and using UML
